Japan Information Technology Security Evaluation and Certification Scheme

Japan Information Technology Security Evaluation and Certification Scheme ("JISEC") is a scheme under which third-party evaluation facilities evaluate whether IT product security is effective and reliably implemented in accordance with ISO/IEC 15408, the international standard for evaluation criteria for IT security based on CC and the certification provides independent confirmation of the validity of evaluation results by Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan ("IPA").

Important Notice

Regarding the increase in application fees of the JISEC Scheme (updated on Mar 19, 2025)

In order to maintain the stable supply of the JISEC Scheme, we will change the certification application fees for applications received on or after October 1, 2025.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

Due to changes in the certification application fee, the Guidance on IT Security Certification (CCM-02-A), which was partially revised, shall come into effect as of October 1, 2025.
