Release Date:Sep 8, 2026
IPA Industrial Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (ICSCoE) has been providing ongoing support to Thai instructors who teach OT security-related courses at KOSEN-KMITL, helping them develop the knowledge and skills needed to independently deliver courses and develop practical educational materials.
As part of this support project, hands-on OT security exercise using actual equipment was conducted to provide more practical educational content. This activity supported Thai instructors at KOSEN-KMITL in independently delivering classes that combine lectures with practical exercises. It also contributed to deepening students' understanding of OT security and enhancing their practical technical skills.
Students trained through this project are expected to go on to contribute to Thailand's industrial sector, where many Japanese companies operate. Their contributions will help advance the capabilities of the industrial cybersecurity workforce and strengthen cybersecurity for industrial control systems.
