Chief Executive, Cyber Security Agency of Singapore Visit ICSCoE's Training Facility in Akihabara

On December 3, 2025, Mr. David Koh, Chief Executive of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), visited the training facility of the Industrial Cyber Security Center (ICSCoE) in Akihabara.

The facility offers a hands-on learning environment for cybersecurity measures in industrial control systems, featuring a range of simulated plants that closely mirror real-world equipment.

During the visit, ICSCoE lecturers conducted demonstrations using the simulated plants and introduced Japan's unique and advanced initiatives for cultivating OT (Operational Technology) security professionals. Following the demonstrations, active discussions took place, with both sides expressing their strong expectations for future collaboration to enhance cyber resilience, not only between Japan and Singapore but also across the Asia-Pacific region.
