MoU singed with KOSEN-KMITL, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KOSEN-KMITL) on educational support project concerning Industrial Cybersecurity

On July 10, 2024, the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA), and KOSEN-KMITL, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KOSEN-KMITL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the implementation of the Industrial Cyber Security Education Support Project.

Under the MoU, the IPA Industrial Cyber Security Centre (ICSCoE) will assist the Department of Computer Engineering at KOSEN-KMITL in training Thai instructors capable of delivering lectures on industrial cyber security and in developing teaching materials.

These activities aim to enhance the capabilities of industrial cyber security personnel in Thailand, which serves as a significant overseas base for Japanese companies, and to ensure the cyber security on industrial control systems.
