Local IoT business support initiatives

IPA supports the operation of the Local IoT Acceleration Labs project. It is part of the activities led by the Advanced Model Business Promotion Working Group under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

IPA assigns mentors to provide strategic and technical support to selected local IoT business initiatives while facilitating professional networking in the region. Through these activities, IPA strives to build regional IoT business ecosystems for the future. As of May 2018, labs in 74 regions have been accommodated in this project.
