Japan Information Technology Security Evaluation and Certification Scheme

Japan Information Technology Security Evaluation and Certification Scheme ("JISEC") is a scheme under which third-party evaluation facilities evaluate whether IT product security is effective and reliably implemented in accordance with ISO/IEC 15408, the international standard for evaluation criteria for IT security based on CC and the certification provides independent confirmation of the validity of evaluation results by Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan ("IPA").

Important Notice

Start of accepting certification applications for the new version of CC/CEM (CC/CEM:2022) and end of accepting certification applications for the old version of CC/CEM (CC/CEM v3.1 Release 5)

We have started accepting certification applications for the new version of CC/CEM (CC/CEM:2022) from November 1, 2023. At the same time, CC/CEM:2022 Release 1 (Japanese translation and English original) has also been uploaded.

Please note that certification applications for the old CC/CEM (CC/CEM v3.1 Release 5) will be accepted until May 31, 2024, with some exceptions.
