Description of TOE
"beat" is network management outsourcing service provided by Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.
"beat-box" is installed at the gateway of customer's broadband-connected network. "beat-box" offers various functions such as firewall, anti-virus, file sharing and groupware.
TOE of "Firewall for beat-box" is one of the software of beat-box that protects internal network from unauthorized accesses by controlling traffic with an unique firewall technology called "complete shielding method".
TOE controls the traffic flows in liaison with other beat-box applications in order to permit the authorized connections with beat-noc and other beat-boxes over VPN and remote access.
