PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TOE is the application which is installed in a smartcard. TOE is the application to store PKI keys and digital certificates in a MULTOS smartcard securely. TOE is delivered to Issuer, the first user, as installed in MULTOS smartcard with "Issuer Tool," "Administrator Tool," and "User Tool". Issuer sets PINs and initial keys for Administrator and User respectively by the "Issuer Tool". Also Issuer sets the shortest PIN length, the longest PIN length, and allows able number of an input error, and then issues the MULTOS smartcard. User can make digital signature and decrypt data encrypted by the PKI key or the digital certificate that is stored in MULTOS smartcard when User uses other application after authentication by the PIN. Also User can change his/her own PKI key by "User Tool" after authentication by PIN. Administrator can unlock the MULTOS smartcard that has been locked by exceeded number of input error by "Administrator Tool". Also Administrator can initialize unused MULTOS smartcard by "Administrator Tool".
