Hotel Accommodations

Rooms have been reserved at hotels around Conference venue (ANA HOTEL TOKYO) by KNT. For room reservation, you also are kindly requested to forward the completed Reservation form to KNT by August19 Reservation should be accompanied by the payment of room deposit. Deposit is 20% of total accommodation fee. No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of the payment. Hotel reservations are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. If your selected hotel is fully booked, you will be assigned to a hotel as close as possible to your choice.

1)	Above rates are per room per night including 10% service charge , 5% consumption tax , accommodation tax and breakfast.

3)	Those who are staying for one night only should send one night room charge instead of deposit.
4)	The above rates and the information are subject to change without notice.
5)	Please add JPY500 per person to your total amount due as our handling charge.

Payment

Payment of the hotel deposits should be made only in Japanese Yen by one of the following methods.

1)	Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club or JCB only.) *Please fill out the necessary information with your signature in the credit card section of the application form.
2)	Bank transfer to :	Sumitomo-Mitsui Banking Corporation Chuo Branch Account No.: 1855044 Account Name: Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.
	* Please attach a copy of bank receipt to your application form.

Confirmation

ICCC2005 desk will send you a confirmation slip after acknowledging your Registration form and payment. You will receive it after August 31

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, written notification should be sent directly to KNT to avoid trouble.
The cancellation charges are:


Hotel accommodation	Up to 14 days prior to check-in date --- No charge 13 - 7 days prior to check-in date --- 10% of daily room charge 6 - 2 days prior to check-in date --- 40% of daily room charge Less than 2 days, or no notice given --- 100% of daily room charge

Refunds

Refunds will be made after deducting bank and/or credit card service charges and the above cancellation penalties either during or after the Conference. If payment was made by credit card, reimbursement will be made through the credit card company, and if by bank transfer, please inform us at your bank account.
