Printing

Print Setup (Project)

This setting is used to set the Printing options of diagrams and tables, pages, headers and footers. The configuration will be saved per project file.

To set the print setting, go to [File] - [Print Setup (Project)]. Or, right-click on the Project in the Structure Tree and select [Print Seup (Project)].

Page

The page options can be set to the Page tab in the Print Setup dialog.

Page Size

Set a Page size of printed documents.

Orientation

Select an Orientation.

Margins

Set Margins (Top/Bottom/Left/Right).

Header and Footer

The header and footer options can be set to the Header and Footer tab in the Print Setup dialog. A logo file, a project name, a diagram name, date, time, page number, total page number, and printing position (left, center, or right) can be configured.

Logo File

Click on [Select...] to select a logo file. JPG, GIF and PNG format images are supported.

Header

Select the target information from the drop down list. Alternatively, click on [Edit Header...] and edit the target information in the Header.

Project Name, Diagram Name, Date, Time, Page, Total Page, Logo, Page Matrix

Footer

Select the target information from the drop down list. Alternatively, click on [Edit Footer...] and edit the target information in the Footer.

Diagram

The diagram options can be set to the Diagram tab in the Print Setup dialog.

Print Frame

Check this option to print with a frame.

Print Grid

Check this option to print with grid lines.

Print to Center

Check this option to print the diagram in center.

Print to Single-Page

Select this option to adjust the scale of the Diagram and fit it into one page.

Set Scale

Use this option to specify the scale of the Diagrams when printing.

Set Page

Diagram can be separated over a number of pages when printing. This option can be used to choose how the diagram is divided horizontally and vertically, between the pages. Page X specifies the maximum number of times that a diagram can be divided horizontally. Page Y specifies the maximum number of times that a Diagram can be divided vertically.

Table

The table option can be set to the Table tab in the Print Setup dialog.

Print to Multi-Page

Print tables to multiple pages.

Print Setup (Diagram)

This setting is used to set the printing options for Page, Headers, Footers, Diagram and Table. This configuration will be saved per Diagram/Table.

To set the print setup for a diagram or table, go to [File] - [Print Setup (Diagram)] in the Main Menu. Also, the Print Setup context menu is available for diagrams/tabls on the Structure Tree.

The project print setting is applied for diagrams/tables by default. To change the setting for each diagram/table, check the [Print by using the print setting for the project] option off in the Page tab of the print setup dialog.

Printing Diagrams [Ctrl+P]

The Diagram/Table that is currently opened in the Diagram Editor is printed.

Print Multi

Multiple diagrams and tables in the Project can be printed.

To print the multiple diagrams, go to [File] - [Print Multi] in the Main Menu.

Hint

Diagrams and Tables are printed in order of the table in the Diagram dialog. To change the order, click on the header of [Name], [Kind], or [Parent].

1. Select the target Diagrams and Tables in the Diagram dialog.
2. Click [Select All] / [Deselect All] to select/deselect the all target Diagrams.
3. Click [OL] and print.
