Software has now become an important element of our social infrastructure. In order to support modern society, the software and IT systems become to have extremely important issues to improve reliability, to develop IT human resources continuously and to reconcile IT innovation with creative ideas and interoperability. The concept of Open Source Software, such as generally sharing knowledge among a lot of people, is recognized as one of the most effective approaches to solving these issues in the world.

Open Source Software Center has three core activities; Promotion, Development, and Publicity, and through these activities, we will put forth our best efforts to improve these issues.
