Application Fee
- The following fees are the unit prices per application.
- All application fees, once paid, shall not be refunded even when the applicant has been withdrawn.
- Applicant will be charged extra in addition to an application fee, if the application requires any additional costs such as traveling expenses paid by the Certification Body for the assessment of evaluation facility and examination of evaluator, etc. as necessary.

Payment procedure of Application Fee
- After checking application documents, IPA will send the reception number via e-mail if acceptable. IPA will send the letter of invoice to the applicant by next month via postal mail.
- Applicant shall pay the application fee via wire-transfer to the bank account of IPA by the due date listed on the invoice.
- All payments shall be made in Japanese Yen.
- Any remittance fees will be borne by the applicant.
