Description of TOE
EP Communication Collection Server Software, TOE, is software product to relay communication data from multi functional printer (MFP) to the EP center.
The TOE relays data for the EP service such as automatic counter reporting, ordering supplies like toner, and automatic MFP trouble notifications.
The TOE provides security functions to protect communication data from information disclosure and tampering with data, and to authenticate using digital certificates prior to communicating to MFP or the EP center. The TOE also provides several management functions.
