IPA issued the following Countermeasure Guides for IT security countermeasures;
These Guides are intended for general users at home or at offices that use personal computers, to intelligibly explain the countermeasures on various threats in the IT security perspective. They are designed to be readily read by everyone, using friendly illustrations, and easy to understand each threat’s outline, mechanism and countermeasures. We hope these guides will help you in practicing the countermeasures.
There are no restrictions on printing and distributing these materials except for commercial purpose.
Note: These guides are originally made in Japanese and translated to English afterwards. Some interpretation might not be accurate in the English environment.
