Open-Type IT Security Invitation Program

On March 19, 1999, ISEC announced new program, "Open-Type IT Security Invitation Program", to invite public proposals regarding research and development of basic technology and software to assure IT security. This program is to provide financial support for personnel expenditure by government subsidies. We closed the registration on April 15 after we received 33 applications. The following 5 projects has been qualified by the IT Security Activities Promotion Committee on June 2. The achievements of these projects will be published and distributed in open source style.
