Herbert Leitold

Herbert Leitold received his masters in telecommunication and informatics in 1996. From 1996 to 2002 he has been research assistant at the Institute for Applied Information Processing and Communications (IAIK) at the Graz University of Technology. Since 2002 Herbert Leitold is the team leader of the technology assessment unit of the Secure Information Technology Center
Austria A-SIT and since 2003 he is member of the executive board of Stiftung Secure Information and Communication Technologies SIC. His research interest is mainly in the area of information security, electronic signatures and in e-government.
