This software enables the blind and
deaf (double handicapped people with visual impairment and
auditory disorder) to communicate using a portable conversation
terminal (Ubitzky) that can transmit Finger Braille by pressing
down or popping out buttons. In addition to Finger Braille,
which uses tactile sense, this software also enables communication
via the Internet using voice, which depends on acoustic
sense, and characters, which depend on visual sense.
This software enables communication among people who are
blind-deaf, blind and deaf-mute through Finger Braille,
voice and characters.
