IPA offers a credit guarantee service to information-processing-related enterprises to facilitate them in borrowing funds from private financial institutions.
New Technology Credit Guarantee supports funds required to support the development of software making use of new technologies. General Credit Guarantee covers funds required for contracted development and employee education and training. We also support companies in other business areas which utilize the funds for specified purposes. With this facility, IPA has supported over 1,200 companies since 1970. IPA continues to contribute to their development and progress.

In October 2004, with the aim of providing better service to the industry we support, the system has been revised, such as tripling the loan limit.
