Summary
IPA/SEC releases an English translation of "The Seventeen Principles for System Development - A 'Cho-joryu' Approach," which is included as appendix to the booklet "Securing Quality of Requirements through Executive Engagement (2nd edition)." "The Seventeen Principles for System Development" is compiled for both the acquirer and the supplier to facilitate the "cho-joryu" phase of system development. Each of the 17 principles is stated as a short sentence followed by commentary and a code of conduct. We publish this English translation to make them widely known overseas, and also we expect that they will be used effectively in system development practices.
